President
Karen Reynolds is a missionary with a life time of faithful service to the Church. She currently serves Dirty Vagabond Ministries as our Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development. She is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the lost and training/equipping missionaries. A veteran of over 20 years of youth ministry, Karen started her career with Young Life where she served as area and development Director of the Ohio Valley. Prior to her leadership in Dirty Vagabond, Karen was the Director of Youth Ministry at Our Lady of Assumption in Ventura, CA. Karen is a nationally recognized speaker and expert on youth ministry, having spoken to thousands of young people in the past 15 years. In addition to being an avid reader and traveler, she has recently begun her plans to play drums in a rock band.
Missionary
Aaron graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2012 with a degree in Physical Education and Coaching. From there, he served as a Missionary at The Pines Catholic Camp in Big Sandy, Texas (Yee-Haw!) working year-round with kids and teens. Aaron then moved to Steubenville, Ohio where he is now working as a Missionary with Dirty Vagabond, coaching soccer at Franciscan University, and is almost done with his Master’s Degree! He has a beautiful wife, Regina, and by the time you read this they will have their first child! Who they hope looks just like Bob Lesnefsky. Aaron looks forward to sharing Christ’s love and joy with the inner-city teens of Steubenville!

Bob Lesnefsky serves as the president of Dirty Vagabond Ministries. He has over 15 years of hands on experience in youth ministry, serving as a youth minister in both Urban and Suburban churches. For the last 10 years Bob has been a full time Christian Hip Hop artist and speaker, traveling to over 100 venues a year using rap music as an outreach to teens in all walks of life. He and his wife have seven beautiful children where he lives in Steubenville OH as a urban missionary. Bob also has a lot of tattoos.

Maddy Burns is a full-time missionary in Steubenville, Ohio. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. After working in her dream job as a Case-Worker for a Refugee Resettlement agency in Durham, North Carolina, she relocated to the Ohio Valley to follow God's call to serve the most hilarious and loving teens in the United States. She loves coffee, Jimmy Fallon, playing music and most of all spending time with teens at the Urban Underground.

Mark Pirro is a 30 year-old Dirty Vagabond Missionary currently stationed in Steubenville, OH. Originally from Schenectady, New York he was the first full-time missionary on staff with Dirty Vagabond. He has been on staff for eight years and also has worked in the Steubenville and Queens locations. Mark and his wife Meagan have 2 children. Mark loves Jesus, his wife, the New York Yankees and every second he has spent working with Dirty Vagabond and sharing Christ with teens.

Missionary
Chrysan is excited to be working as an urban missionary for the first time -- and to finally get out of the cold! After growing up in a suburb of Chicago and going to college in Minnesota and Ohio, serving in Greenville, NC will be a nice change! She earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Franciscan University and has always loved working with teens. She is inspired by the love and support she has always received from her parents and family. She wants to share this with those who have not always been given this kind of love at home and is looking forward to sharing Christ’s love with others. A little know fact about Chrysan is that she proudly served as the Baron mascot at Franciscan University for two years!!

Missionary
Felix Caro has been a missionary on and off for the past seven years. . Felix has served in ministry with NET Ministries where he traveled around the country for two years leading retreats for high school and middle school students. He has also served With Life Teen Missions, Leading summer camps, and leading ministry in Atlanta, and Nashville. Felix loves ministering to teens, Star Wars, and playing video games. His biggest fears are Hair Cuts and being told he isn’t funny. Felix is excited to start this new journey with Dirty Vagabond and to see the ways God will change lives in Greenville, North Carolina.

Christopher Kerfoot graduated from Appalachian State University in May 2015 with a degree in one of those “-osophy” words—I believe philosophy. Maybe anthropology. Or was it Egyptology? Nope, definitely philosophy. Anyways, he is a wise man who is excited to serve the inner-city youth of Pittsburgh. Christopher spent many of his summers working as a camp counselor for his diocese in South Carolina. Christopher enjoys leather-bound books, eating bags of crunchy Cheetos out of his backseat, and probably sailing on a boat. If you see Captain America cleaning up the streets of Pittsburgh you may want to double-check….it was probably Christopher Kerfoot.
