KIDS

Emergency Fund - A gift of $100 can provide emergency food, electricity, shelter, or other emergency needs to a family we work with.

 

Clothing Fund- A gift of $50 can provide a teen with the basic clothes that they are in need of especially underwear, shoes, and school uniforms, etc.

 

School Fees Fund - A gift of $100 can cover the fees for a kid to go to vocational school, join the band, play a sport, etc.

 

 

 

OUR COMMUNITY CENTER  

For most of us Home "is where the heart is" but for the teens we serve Home "is where the hurt is".  We aim to provide them with a space they can call their own.  A place where they are welcomed, noticed, loved, and fed.  Our community centers become their home.

 

 

Pool Table - Pool is one of our kids favorite games.  There is a constant crowd of kids gathered around our table.  Unfortunately, they have worn out our current small pool table.  The pockets have fallen off and the legs give out.

A gift of $1200 would provide our kids with a new table to play on.

 

Arcade Games - The retro appeal of old arcade games is so fun to the teens we serve.  When we have a game it is a big draw.  A gift of $600 would allow us to purchase an arcade game for one of our centers.

 

New Roof - Our building in Steubenville is currently leaking into a multitude of buckets each time it rains.  A gift of $15,000 would allow us to repair all seams and flashing on our building

 

TRANSPORTATION

The teens we serve have no transportation.  For them to go to Mass, or come to a Bible Study, or come to one of our meals - we go to the neighborhoods and projects where they are and fling open the the doors.  Our buses and vans are always full.

 

New Van - The gift of $15,000 would allow us to buy a new van to pick up kids.  This gift would literally allow us to reach more teens.

 

Gas  - A gift of would pay for a month of gas 

 

Repairs - A gift of $500 would pay for a repair on one of vehicles throughout the year

 

Food -- A gift of $600 would pay for month of meals for our teens
